The monument to Peter I and Mikhail Serdyukov, the builders of the Vyshnevolotsk water system, was opened on Privokzalnaya Square in Vyshny Volochyok on September 19, 2006. A bronze monument with a height of 2.5 m was designed by Yu.V. Zloty, honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
