Museum "Russian valenki"

Vyshnevolotskie valenki are known throughout Russia. Local craftsmen not only preserved the traditions of hand felting but also popularized the production of these shoes. The central place is occupied by tsar-valenok with a height of 2 m 25 cm, size No. 201, and a weight of 52 kg. The museum presents not only samples of shoes, but also old equipment, such as a manual carding machine. On the tour, you will be introduced to the history of the manufacture of national Russian shoes and show production. Optionally, you can pile a pair of valenki.
